Jump To Steal An Egg Eggs: Observed Egg Names and Identification Reference

Eggs are the central progression object in Jump To Steal An Egg. Per the official game description, you jump high to steal Eggs, escape from guarding Pets, bring the Eggs back to your Pen, and hatch them to unlock new Pets. Those Pets then generate Cash (including offline), which funds Jump upgrades that unlock better retrieval options. Egg availability refreshes through a visible restock system, so what's on the map at any moment is time-sensitive.

This is an identification reference covering only Egg names and visual identifiers observed in the game — not a claimed complete roster. Entries below are labeled by how they were observed.

Observed Egg names and rarity labels (gameplay-captured)

• T-Rex Egg — a Divine Egg hatched from the prehistoric zone in captured gameplay ("T-Rex, baby. Divine for the prehistoric zone.")
• Unicorn Egg — described by the player as the Egg at the very top of the map, hatched as a Secret unicorn from the heaven zone
• Mythic Egg — observed and hatched from the ocean zone ("Oo, I just got a mythic egg")
• Epic Egg — observed multiple times, including a large "giant goat" hatch
• Divine Egg — observed spawning in the prehistoric and heaven zones
• Secret Egg — observed as a rarity/state label ("I just got a secret from the ocean zone")
• Golden Egg — observed high on the map in early gameplay ("There's a golden egg up there.")
• Celestial — observed as a spawn label alongside Divine ("Divine celestial divine spawned")
• An unnamed egg with "rhino ears" was commented on in play, but no confirmed name appeared on screen.

Note that rarity labels do not map to a fixed value table. In the same play session, a Secret label was described both as "the worst possible rarity that can even spawn" and as the best Egg in the game (a Secret unicorn). Treat labels like Secret, Divine, and Mythic as live states to read in-game, not as a guaranteed tier ranking.

Zone associations observed for Eggs

• Desert — reached at a certain Jump power; eggs there were described as better than earlier ones
• Ocean — source of a Mythic Egg hatch and a Secret Egg
• Prehistoric — Divine Eggs (including the T-Rex) spawn here; access requires a higher Jump power
• Volcano — a locked-out egg displayed "YOU MUST REACH VOLCANO before you can steal this egg"
• Heaven (top of the map) — contains at least one Egg, the Unicorn; Divine also observed spawning here

Zone access is gated by Jump power thresholds observed during a single playthrough (roughly 75, 125, 150, 175, and 185+ Jump power milestones were mentioned as progression gates). These are version notes, not permanent stats — rebalancing can shift them.

Special Egg visual states: Gold and Purple Aura

Gameplay builds have displayed enhanced Egg states such as Gold and Purple Aura styling. These appear as live labels or modifiers on top of the Egg's normal identity, but their bonuses and availability can change between updates — they are not fixed rarity tiers. Events in captured gameplay also referenced highlighted eggs during a "sunny event" and a "gold event." Read these visual states from the current UI rather than assuming them from an old list.

Sphinx Egg (artwork-confirmed, not gameplay-confirmed)

The Sphinx Egg is known from official game imagery rather than verified gameplay capture. It is identifiable by:

• A large Egg shaped like a pharaoh or sphinx head
• Alternating blue and gold striping across the headdress
• A gold face at the center
• A matching block-built sphinx beside the climb
• A nest under the Egg

Egg size does not guarantee a specific income result.

Themed areas present different Eggs and Pets, from familiar animals to aquatic, winter, mystical, dinosaur, and fantasy designs, and updates can change the selection. The live Pet Index is the only dependable current roster; if an old list disagrees with it, trust the live Index.
